CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Up to 21 days prior to arrival it is possible to change or cancel your booking without charge.

From 21 to 10 days prior to booking, a cancellation will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the booked stay.

Between 10 and 3 days 70%.

In the last 3 days 100%.

In the event of an early departure or late or missed arrival we reserve the right to charge 100% of the value of the stay.

Small differences between the photos on the website and the actual rooms/suites are possible.

In case you want a specific room we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee it.

Errors and variations excepted.

Prices do not include the local tourist tax of €2.20 per person per day. Up to the age of 12 years there is no sojourn tax.

• Up to the age of 3, children stay free. ( ev. cot 20€ per night)
• For children from 4 to 10 years of age, a 70% discount is applied,
• For children from 11 to 16 years of age, the discount is 60%.
• For the third or fourth adult (17 to 99) years old added to the room 40% discount
• Double single use 70% of the double room price
• On the day of arrival the suites are available from 15.00, on the day of departure please vacate the rooms by 11.00.
• We accept cash (not exceeding the legal maximum, i.e. € 2,999.99), EC Cards, Visa or Mastercard.
